I called to get a price quote to repair the curb rash on a set of chrome wheels. I asked if they could strip the chrome, repair the wheels and paint them instead of having them chromed. After several days of waiting, I messaged back only to find out they couldn't do it. Seem surprising since the purpose of this business is to repair wheels. I do not recommend this place. Not sure if they couldn't do the work or didn't want to. Either way, they lose my business and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Great group of people to work with. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I had taken in a couple of wheels that I thought were bent. After assessing the wheels, they said there was nothing wrong with them. In the process they rebalanced the wheels and didn't charge me. I will be going back!

One of our wheels had a hairline crack in it. A local automotive service center in the Iowa City - North Liberty area recommended contacting Eastern Iowa Wheel Repair. They are fast, professional, and friendly. Exceptional attention to detail. Economical cost. The dealership parts department has an identical replacement, but the cost would have been over $700. Getting it repaired saved me about $500. Much appreciated. I've included the before and after photos with this review as well as some photos from the shop.

I highly recommend Alloy Wheel Repair in Hiawatha IA. Another driver gouged my wheel while my car was parked and fled. This was just 8 days of purchasing my car. Then last week another driver scraped my front fender and also fled. Not feeling very lucky at this point... CR Toyota referred my wheel repair to Alloy Wheel Repair. I made an appointment, dropped it off then called about noon for progress report. I also asked for a referral for the fender and Mike said he would ask Gage, who does the wheel repairs. I got a call at 2:00 that my car was done and that Gage had buffed out my fender as well. I asked the cost and was told nothing additional. WOW! Picked up my car and could not tell where the wheel OR fender were ever damaged. I cannot thank Gage enough for his expertise and Mike for great customer service! A small token of my appreciation was definitely earned. * Please call them today and become a more than satisfied customer as well.

I recently had the wheels refinished on my '01 Sequoia. I was amazed out how well the finished product was. Rob Donelson, who has been refinishing wheels for close to, over 20 years, did the work on my wheels. Rob was easy to work with, was a true professional, and took the time to explain the before process and what to do to take care of them afterward. I would not hesitate to request his services again and would recommend him to relatives and friends. I have to also give a shout out to Jen! She helped me navigate through the scheduling and explained to me about their lifetime warranty and what was and was not covered following the work.
